Attractively located in the centre of Playa del Carmen, SUUT Hostal Boutique features air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a shared lounge. Stayed here for two weeks and absolutely loved it. The place is new, modern, spotless, and full of thoughtful little touches. Huge shoutout to the cleaning crew and the front desk staff — friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel genuinely taken care of. This was my first-ever hostel stay — straight off my bucket list — and multiple seasoned hostel travellers told me I was very lucky with my first choice. Would definitely come back!

Situated in Holbox Island and with Playa Holbox reachable within 1.4 km, Kin Hostal and Camping features concierge services, rooms, a garden, free WiFi throughout the property and a terrace. Best campground, relaxed atmosphere and super nice and helpful host. The grounds are well looked after and everything is cleaned very thoroughly every day. We would definitely come again.

Set in Holbox Island and with Playa Holbox reachable within 700 metres, Casa Universo Holbox offers a tour desk, non-smoking rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi throughout the property and a terrace. Perfect location!! Walking distance from the Ferry but also from the center, we were able to walk everywhere on the island (beaches, restaurants, cafés..). Staff is incredibly kind. The room is huge with a functioning TV, air conditioning works, and the bathroom is also top notch. We didn’t use the kitchen but it’s well serviced and also includes filtered water.

First time for us in Mexico , we really appreciated the warm welcome and all the helpful advice given to us by our hosts . Benjamin and Morgane’s philosophy is to offer local tips and support to travelers. They also reach out to the local community for their unusual trips such as beach cleaning and dog shelter visiting . We tried salsa dancing and a visit to a lesser known Cenote . Totally recommended. The hostel itself is very comfortable- we had a double room with shared kitchen and beautiful garden with a little pool . The location was great walking distance to a lively little park where it was easy to pick up street food , a few restaurants and a local bus colectivo to the beach . Here there are lots of boat trips to go fishing or snorkelling on the coral reef . Puerto Morelos is an ideal first or last stopping point for Cancun airport about 25 minutes away .

Ukayil features accommodation in Bacalar. All rooms at the hostel are fitted with a private bathroom and bed linen. Chetumal International Airport is 34 km from the property. Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, nice extra touches like coffee, water and a small fridge, walking distance to everything you need. Would definitely recommend Ukayil!

Situated in Cancún, 200 metres from Playa Chac Mool, Mayan Monkey Cancun - Social Hotel features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. The location is great! The best clubs, restaurants, and bars are within a walking distance, but at the same time you're far enough if you don't want to deal with it. Breakfast was pretty good and the staff was always nice and helpful. The facilities and the environment were really good too. The electricity in the whole area went out one morning, and they did their best to accommodate our needs under those unexpected circumstances. Totally recommended!
