The whole place is beautiful, peaceful, and seems to be recently built; sometimes you feel like you have the hotel to yourself. It has access to the beach (loved it), wellness events, and a spa for an extra fee, but it's worth it. I went there to attend the salsa fest, and let me tell you that as a solo female traveler, I felt so safe there. The staff is attentive and very warm... definitely worth every penny.

Great location, nice restaurants and a garage in the same building, modern comfortable room with good soundproofing

The location was ideal, safe parking inside a plaza a clean room and the included Breakfast was better then I expected, when it is included it normally is just tea bread and cereal, no it also had a selection of eggs Bacon ,beans to mention just a few . Very friendly staff especially Miranda at reception .walking distance to many things .It would be a firm favourite choice the next time we are in Xalapa

The staff were friendly but no one could speak any English so had to use the translator all the time. It's a great location for the beach, shops and restaurants which are with a five minute walk.

Lovely hotel and great location

The breakfast buffet was great, with a lot of options and nice espresso coffee (which is difficult to get in Mexico!). The staff was very kind, also with our twin daughters. Great location: quiet place and almost a private beach.

Very good hotel. Helpful staff. Big room. Comfortable. Good bed. Great views from the 6th floor. Good WiFi. Great location on the malecón.
