staff really nice they were able to change the room for one on the 3rd floor, great view of the city and everything is just a walking distance, safe place to stay

Spacious rooms, very friendly staff, great location right at the sea. Nice pool area and restaurants, foodstalls nearby. Would come back anytime again.

It was my first visit to Veracruz. The hotel is cheap and not very cheerful. The location is near the port and the prominade is great to walk on along the ocean. The room was basic, but it is fine at the price level.

Staff was friendly, great location close to shops, zocalo, port, and restaurants. I found the wifi pretty decent for working (video conferencing more specifically). Very good air con.

The rooms lack maintenance there was a leak from the bathroom to the bedroom and the staff only solution was a mop and dehumidifier

A friendly old school hotel. Reception staff lovely—special thanks for the early check in—and very helpful. Superb location especially with regard to enjoying Vera Cruz's Saturday night Danzon.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, as were porterd, and restaurant staff. The Air-conditioned room was fantastic. Spacious room. Cleaned every day, and re-stocked. Great placement to walk to everything.

Breakfast was not available at the hotel however there were many places nearby that were very good.
