I stayed there twice on my travels through Sabah and had a great v experience. Clean facilities, great wifi. The hostel is located in a quiet part of town and not far from the city center. Its a social environment with nice overall feel. Definitely recommend staying here.

Concrete Jungle Cabin is set in Kota Kinabalu, within 4.1 km of Sabah State Museum & Heritage Village and 5.2 km of Likas City Mosque. I loved how comfy the bed is. The showers and toilets were separated and kept clean by the care takers. Though I have to keep quite all the time as the dorm was also occupied with other travellers. I checked in quite late and stayed only for 6 hours and prior to my late arrival, as the reception is only available for 12 hours, the management sent me a message on Booking for self check-in which was so convenient and great especially for a late check-in. Thank you for the auntie who was there to help me out as well. Loved her vibe! Place is situated at the heart of Gaya Street, right in front of Jesselton Hotel and quite close to Wisma Merdeka (which was my main purpose to go there). I'm grateful for the locker underneath. Got to store my luggage inside safely, whilst I roam around the street. Affordable? Definitely Location? Yes Clean and comfortable? Yes Would I book here again? Yes

Great location, walking distance to pier. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Plenty of restaurants nearby - ask the staff for local recommendations as many restaurants serve Chinese food.

The place was amazing, clean and well organised, I felt welcomed with friendly staff and Jeff is very kind and helpful. I Deffinitely recommend to stay there :)

Located in Kota Kinabalu, 1.7 km from Filipino Market Sabah, Vibrant Hostel provides air-conditioned rooms and a shared lounge. The family rooms had pretty much their own level and own bathrooms. Despite the hostel having other rooms, they were all in other levels so it was quiet. We ended up staying again when we came back to KK at the end of our trip. It was too good! The location was very convenient being next to the shopping centre. Perfect for buying travelling essentials, eating or just strolling.
