She could always point us in the right direction when we had questions and was full of good advice for things to do in Huaraz and the surrounding areas. She even stayed up past midnight to let us in the first night when our bus was delayed 3 hours.

Everything was perfect, it was one of best hostels I've ever been to. It's localised very close to the city center, the beds are very big and comfortables. The bathroom in the room is spacious and tidy and shared kitchen is also big. I was welcomed with coca tea as I wasnt feeling very well when I arrived. And the Lady from the reception was an ANGEL - I had problem with my flight check-in and she spend over an hour to try to help me with that, looking in the internet and asking other hostels. In the end it worked and she saved me a looot of stress. Thank you once more! :)

The owners are friendly and helpful, and have they're own agency with good quality and prices, which makes it really easy to make plans. The kitchen serves as a really nice shared space, where I met the other guests every morning and evening, and made many friends. It's located near the center but on a quiet street, and great value for money :) Thank you for everything!

The hostel is full of travelers and outdoor-minded people, and the place connects you to all kinds of tours around Huaraz. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, we could check in early and leave our luggage after check-out until our night bus. I even forgot something at the hostel, and the owner sent it to me in Lima right away. It arrived the next day.
