The staff were super welcoming and always ready to help with tips about the island. The place is modern, clean, and comfortable, with a really nice vibe that makes it easy to relax after exploring. The location couldn’t be better — right in the center of Ponta Delgada, close to restaurants, cafés, and the marina. Breakfast was tasty and the common areas felt cozy. Definitely a solid choice if you want a mix of comfort, friendliness, and good value in São Miguel.

Partenope Hostel and Suites се намира в Angra do Heroísmo, на 600 метра от плажа Zona Balnear da Prainha. Loved this hostel! Iris, the owner, is so kind and present. Check in was super easy and I was able to check out late before my flight. The breakfast was wonderful and the rooms are really nice. My room had full bed bunk beds -- it was so nice to have a little bigger space to sleep after twin bed throughout the rest of my trip. The hostel is in a great location too and is super clean!

The location is great: just opposite the mercado da graça. That day, they sent me the codes to get in early. There's a lift. The bedroom was really nice, i had a bath and a hand towel, which I completely appreciated. You can also ask them to change towels, amazing. There was a bathroom in suite, with shower gel and shampoo. The water pressure and temperature were excellent. The bed was comfortable, with a personal light and socket, and curtains too. The hostel was clean and tidy. There is a beautiful kitchen/living room. Everything that you might need is there! Including coffee machine and cold water. I also liked the breakfast. Even if it was served the same breakfast everyday, the quality was top! And as it starts at 8, they can also help you with a breakfast box if you need. There is also a rooftop where you can have a view of the beautiful Ponta Delgada. One of the best hostels I've ever been to! Thank you for every detail. And thanks to the lady from reception who was very kind!!!

But the real magic is how Susan and Pedro build a true community. They don’t just greet and wave goodbye; they draw you and the other travelers into island walks, mini-events, and shared adventures. Thanks to them, exploring the island stops being a checklist of “must-see” spots and turns into an engaging journey with new friends. I’ll definitely be back for their sincere care and those “fluffy roommates” who make everything feel like home. Susan, Pedro, and your cats—you’re the best!

From the moment I arrived, Sophie and Stefan were welcoming, warm, and happy to help with whatever might be needed. Bed was comfortable, everything spotless, breakfast was great and family dinners were delicious (and fun!)
