I can recommend. Great location - 1 minute to Ocean, very good sand beach. Very friendly staff (no, VERY friendly!). Good and not so expensive cafeteria at hotel and many restaurants around. Clean room, fresh renovation. Very good for people that focus on a healthy lifestyle: good menu, small kitchen for your own food, yoga lessons, bicycles for rent and ocean...It was a good time, thank you very much.

Penedo de Saudade Suites is an amazing location. The villa is well restored with a lot of taste and art. Our room was spacy, perfectly clean and with all comfort you need to feel cosy. The stuff is very friendly, attentive and try to respond to the needs of the guests. The roof terrace for breakfast with an amazing view of Coimbra is one if the highlights of this location. You normally find a parking place in the street so that you don‘t need to reserve a parking place. When you stay at Coimbra, we highly recomend to spend a Fado evening at a Capella, with dinner or just a drink. Thanks to the stuff for our great stay. The location was just perfect for what we wanted. It was close to the attractions in the area we had planned to visit and the village was nice to walk around. The accommodation has a small shop and restaurant that is also used by the local community as well. We found this a bonus as it enabled us to feel a little like we were immersed in their village life.
