Such a great accommodation with everything you need and a fantastic location in the heart of Horta. Julia, who checked us in and looked after us, is the best host you could possibly hope for. Julia was so kind and welcoming, suggested great restaurants, sent little messages during our stay about local events taking place, and even checked up if we were ok after we had checked out because our ferry was cancelled when leaving the island - what a lovely lady and made our stay the best it could be.

We were so excited to make this incredible find in Horta! The hotel is in an amazing location, just a short walk from all the best sights. Our room was absolutely stunning, with the most breathtaking views of the marina and Pico Island. The building itself is a true masterpiece, a perfect example of preserving local history. We loved the café, which felt like stepping back in time, and the themed rooms were so fascinating, telling the story of the golden age of flying boats crossing the Atlantic.
