They basically treat you as a friend. We had a great chat. The overall environment has totally overthrown my expectations, it has a very nice "fresh" vibe, you get the impression that it's taken care of by someone who really cares about what they are doing. The hostel is situated basically right at the city center, so you can walk anywhere no problem. Planned on staying only one night, but stayed another one.
