The owner explained everything about facility at my arrival and the room is very clean and quiet (I could hear other guests talking but they slept early). Supermarket, restaurants, gas station are nearby (in 5-10min by car) and this place was on the way to my next stop (perfect location for me).

I think it is perfect and because it is what it is, it feels super safe. Despite other comments, i didn't mind the walk to the subway station, didn't think it was that far. A rather nice walk actually.

Location was great as it was around 10 minute walk to the train station and easily walkable to the city centre. The room was clean and spacious enough for everyone's belongings. I especially liked the desk area as well. The bathroom was spacious and was accessible. Had no problems with check in or check out, and the staff were friendly.
