I have stayed here a few times over the years and it is always amazing. The beds are very comfortable and private. The showers are hot and have good pressure. The owner is very kind and helpful and really makes sure the guests are taken care of. Just a 10 minute walk from the train station and surrounded by plenty of places to eat. This will always be my go-to hostel when I’m in Hualien.

The owner is one of the nicest hosts I've ever had, helped me plan my stay in Hualien and recommended amazing places. After I got into an accident and was home/bed-bound for a few days he also went out of his way and helped me with whatever I need. The place itself is big and cozy, everything is cleaned every day, shower is warm - everything was perfect. Didn't expect that from the low price :)

I cannot recommend this property enough. The host was super accommodating, the room was hugeeee, it was very central, yet quiet. The place is clean. Extra bonus was having the free bike rental, it really made my trip to Hualien being able to cycle around town

It seems like the sun is always shining in the hostel because everyone is constantly smiling and cheerful. Una is extremely friendly and nice. Brilliant coffee at the coffee shop downstairs. Should be a role model for any hostel.

The host was super smiley and greeted me whenever I came and went. The bathrooms were clean and the bed was comfortable, and the property was quiet and well located. Perfect for my short stay! Plus very well located for the train station.
