Super clean and spacious with great common areas and a large property overall. But what stood out most was the kindness of the owner. I got sick while traveling alone, and they went above and beyond—taking me to the hospital right away, helping translate for the medical staff, bringing me food, and making sure I was okay throughout. It made a really difficult time so much easier. A truly caring, family-owned business.

Friendly and very helpful staff, good location in the city and close to the harbour, spacious and clean rooms. We would book it again anytime!

PH Hostel is located in the center of Magong Penghu, its within a 10-minute walk from the Guanyinting Fireworks Festival, and 300 meters from the Four Eyes Well. The staff were the kindest, super helpful and eager to make sure we were happy

The hostel owner was very kind and accommodating, we came in November so it wasn't tourist season and luckily we had the room to ourselves. The lockers were big too, and the bathroom was quite clean. The owner helped drive us from the airport and arrange bikes for us to use. We also loved the cinnamon rolls she made for breakfast. Thank you so much! This place and the fun we had using the rental bike was our best memory of Penghu. We hope to come again in the future. Highly recommend!

The location is not on the main city in the island, so it was really relaxed and had nice beaches nearby. The room was very comfortable, and the shower had hot water and shampoo, conditioner and body soap. The staff is really friendly, helped me with my bags on my arrivals and to rent bicycles and giving me advice of places and restaurants and coffee shops. The wifi was also reliable, and didn't have any problems with it.

I like we could rent a scooter straight from the property owner. We didn’t have to go to the city. And scooter is a must have thing there. It helps a lot. The owner also picked us up on the airport. There were bicycles in the property to borrow for free!
