The apartment it is located in the heart of Dubai Marina in one of the highest residencial skyscraper. The apartment features are 2 spatious bedrooms very well furnished, stylishly decorated with the atention to the smallest details. The huge living room can be easily used as 3rd sleeping room or just as living room. The kitchen it is fully equipped suitable even for the master chefs and its dinning area has enough space to bring your family together. Being on the 21st floor the view over the sea it is breathtaking and you can admire the amazing man-made Palm shape island as well the luxurious yachts parked on the sea right in front of the building.

The location of the building strategically chosen will offer you the maximum comfort having everything only few steps away. If you will like to get some tan, the nearest beach Club called Barasti is only 5 min away or the JBR public beach only 12 min walking distance. You can find many restaurants and coffee shops around the building especially on the famous Marina Walk and you can try different type of cosines. If you choose to cook at home, there are plenty groceries shops and even Carrefour open 24/7 just right in front of the building. About the transportation you don't have to worry as you have easy access either to the metro station only 7 min, tram station only 2 min walk, 2 min to the highway and taxi you can find always available in front of the building.
