Good day, my dear guests! I would like to introduce myself so you can know more about me before making a booking. This is a family business, our lovely Holiday Homes company (DTCM licensed) I am working together with my husband and we have 3 very friendly, punctual, and responsible colleagues (Joan, Jason, and Anthony), who are helping us to make the check-ins and guest registrations in the Dubai Tourism Department. This is to ensure that each guest will receive enough attention. We care a lot about the cleaning of the apartment. Our cleaning team is well trained (by us) and do their best each time. We provide cleaning before your check-in (along with linens and towels). As we spend our time and attention to keep apartments clean, we are waiting for the same respect from the guests. Smoking is allowed only on the balconies. Guests should respect their neighbors, as apartments are located in residential towers. Please keep in mind that the apartments I manage are private apartments registered with the Dubai Tourism Department.

Location: Skyview Tower, Dubai Marina. 10-14 min to Metro station ( you need to cross Marina Canal) 5 min walk to Tram station (tram is connected to Metro and it will take 6 min to reach Metro by tram). Beach: 10-14 min walk to JBR The beach and 5 min walk to wild beach near Habtoor Grand Hotel. 1 reserved parking space Wi-Fi Access to the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, GYM. Groceries and pharmacy in the next building. Self check in for the arrivals between 6 pm to 8 am This is a very nice studio which is located on 15 floor of Sky View Tower Dubai Marina. Building is located on the side of JBR, near Habtoor Hotel, Sky Dive Dubai. There is a comfy bed (size is 160 to 200), fully equipped kitchen and full bathroom with a bath tube, big balcony with Marina view and outdoor furniture. There is a reserved parking place. I will give you access to the nice Pool, GYM and Sauna( you can see all on the photos). Apartment also has: -Wi-Fi -Cable TV -TV 32'' -Fridge, Freezer -Microwave -Electric Kettle -Toaster -Stove (no oven). -Cutlery, crockery -Frying pans, casseroles -Plates, glasses, cups

We arrange a bed with a bedlinen before your arrival and bring 4 big body towels. There will be a small greeting pack in the apartment: few sachets of tea and coffee, sugar,2 bottles of water, 2 pcs of shower gel and shampoo, small soap, toilet paper roll- so you can have a shower and a cup of tea after arrival and relax before going to shopping. There is a grocery store in the next building- simply go down to the reception, exit the building, go left and in few meters you will see the grocery. you can buy basic needs there, and for bigger shopping you can visit Carrefour, which is located in Murjan Complex, Murjan 4, JBR on Plaza level ( 1 level up from the ground). it is in max 8 min walk and I suggest you to use google maps to reach the place. Pharmacy is located in 5 min walk in Royal oceanic Tower, which is next to Sky View Tower, but facing the sea. So you should make a small round to reach the place. You can go to the left after exiting the building, and pass 1 building. then you will see a small tunnel/walking path in between the skyscrapers. go through and after that on the left side you'll see Royal oceanic tower and a pharmacy. It is the shortest way.
