It is furnished with a large table and 4 chairs, and boasts beautiful city views with skyscrapers along the skyline. •   The place is carefully designed with modern furnishings and decor, making any guest feel the luxurious lifestyle. •   Fully equipped, upgraded open kitchen with modern appliances like refrigerator, hot water kettle, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, stove, as well as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses and trash cans. •   The apartment is equipped with safety equipment like fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector, and first aid kit. •    The apartment has an iron with an iron board, a washing machine, and a drying rack. •    Both bedrooms feature a beige king-size bed dressed with fresh white linens and cushions, wooden night tables with lamps, wardrobe with hangers, as well as a large mirror, a chest of drawers, and a chair. •    Panoramic views from both bedrooms, with access to the terrace. •    The apartment offers superior quality linens. •    There are three bathrooms at the apartment.

Downtown Dubai is home to the towering Burj Khalifa skyscraper, with its observation deck, and the dancing Dubai Fountain, where crowds gather to watch music and light shows, as well as Dubai Mall and Dubai Opera. - This building is located near some of the best restaurants in Downtown Dubai, among which are: Copper Chimney Restaurant, Eat Fuchsia, and Moti Mahal. - Supermarkets in the area include: New Way Grocery, Choithrams Bay Square, and AlMaya Supermarket. - The tower is also well surrounded with major landmarks in the city, of which we name Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Fountain, Dubai Opera, Burj Park. TRANSPORTATION - Residents have a variety of transport options near BLVD Heights, as it is directly located on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard. BUS STOPS NEAR BLVD Heights TOWER 1: Business Bay 2 Bus Station 1 is the closest to the towers, being 3 minutes away, next is Empire Heights Towers 1 with 8 minutes, and Dubai Fountain Street 1, 8 minutes. METRO STATIONS NEAR BLVD Heights TOWER 1: The closest metro station is Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall Metro Station, only 6 minutes away. Residents can also use Financial Centre Station, 10 minutes, and Emirates Tower Metro Station, also 8 minutes away. TRAM STATIONS NEAR BLVD Heights TOWER 1: Dubai Marina Tram Station is the closest to the community, being at 13 minutes away.
