READ FIRST! Checking In: •Early Check-In: Early check-in requests are subject to availability and approval, and may include an additional fee depending on the time. We can accommodate early check-ins of 1–2 hours before our standard check-in time of 3 PM, based on availability. •Luggage Drop-Off: For security reasons, luggage cannot be left at the building reception. However, if you arrive early, we can arrange for luggage drop-off after the previous guest has checked out and once our cleaners are on-site. Note: You may leave only your luggage, and access to the apartment will remain at the standard check-in time of 3 PM. •Before You Arrive: Please complete all required details and submit necessary documents, like passport or Emirates ID, via our system or the link provided after booking confirmation. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a link for your boarding pass, where you’ll complete information including the booker’s details, guest passport copies, ID check, and agreement signature. A non-refundable AED 70 damage waiver fee is also required, covering minor damages. We’re GDPR compliant, ensuring that any personal data collected is handled securely. Submission of these documents is required by building management and Dubai Tourism regulations, and failure to comply may result in denied access. This process also helps us ensure a smooth check-in at the front desk. •No parties! No smoking! No pets allowed! •Key Cards: A replacement fee of AED 500 will be charged for any lost access card. • Additional Services: We can accommodate cleaning requests, changes of towels and linens, or additional amenities. Please note that extra charges apply for these services. Requests should be made at least one day in advance to allow coordination with our cleaners; same-day requests are subject to availability. •Check-Out Time: Check-out is strictly by 11 AM. •Late Check-Out: Late check-out between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM is available for AED 500, and until 3:00 PM for AED 1,000
