Our One Bed apartment is located in Souq Al Bahar - Tajer Residences with a 5 mins walk away from Burj Khaifa, Dubai Mall, Fountains and the Time Out market. Fully furnished with amenities and luxuries to meet the need of our royal travelers. With views of the Address Downtown, Pool and Fountain Waters our guests can enjoy the fresh air while sitting outdoors in the balcony. Our home has provisions to accommodate 3 adults or a family of 4 (2 aduts+2kids). The grocery, pharmacy is a 3 min walk. A damage deposit of AED 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property
