It includes a large beige sofa, a coffee table, a rug, an HD Smart TV, as well as wall paintings and decor accents. - Next to the seating area is dining area with a white table and six comfortable white chairs. - The room is naturally well-lit, and allows access to a balcony. - The balcony is furnished with a table and two chairs. - The kitchen is fully equipped, upgraded with modern appliances like dishwasher, hot water kettle, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, Espresso machine, and a stove, as well as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, trash cans, and wine glasses. - The apartment is also equipped with safety equipment like fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector, and first aid kit. - The apartment has a dryer, drying rack, iron, a safe, a washing machine, and hangers. - The first bedroom is charming! It features panoramic glass windows offering a 180 degrees view on Burj Khalifa, the community, and the many yachts docked by the Canal. A large king-size bed dressed with fresh white linens and bed covers, a chest of drawers, wardrobe, and a TV are also available. - The second bedroom includes a beige king-size bed dressed with fresh white linen, pink cushions, nightstands with lamps, wardrobe, and a chest of drawers with a mirror. - The apartment offers superior quality linens. - The first bathroom has a bathtub, a toilet, and a washbasin. - The second bathroom has a bathtub, a toilet, and a washbasin. - A third bathroom for guests has a toilet and a washbasin.
