Fully upgraded inside, with extensive elegant furnishings and decors. •   The living room is nicely furnished and naturally well-lit. It includes a large L-shaped sofa, including a single sofa bed, glamorously surrounded by white walls and high-quality décor; it also features a smart TV, a coffee table, as well as decorations and plants. •   The open space living room also includes a dining area, with a rectangular table and six grey chairs. •   The living room leads to a private balcony furnished with a table and two chairs, for you to enjoy the mesmerizing sea view from above as you sip your morning coffee. •   The apartment is naturally well-lit, thanks to large floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows, available all around the apartment. •    The place gives a glamour and delicate feeling, as the combination of the interior and the views outside are spot on. •    Fully equipped, upgraded kitchen with modern appliances like refrigerator, dishwasher, hot water kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, freezer, stove, as well as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses. •    The apartment is also equipped with safety equipment like fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector, and first aid kit. •    The apartment has an iron with an iron board, a washing machine, and a drying rack. •    Each of the the two bedrooms feature a king-size bed dressed with fresh white linens and matching bed covers, night tables with lamps, wardrobe with hangers, and a large mirror. Both rooms have extensive window glasses, as well as fine wall designs and décor. •    There are three bathrooms at the apartment.

JBR Dubai, also known as Jumeirah Beach Residence, is a mixed-use community located next to Dubai Marina. It is a waterfront community on a 1.7-kilometre strip. JBR Beach is one of the most popular beaches in the city. It has upscale beachside dining, play areas for kids, and adventures like parasailing. This is a family-friendly area with lots of activities for people of all ages. Those who don't like to get wet can go camel riding while enjoying the heights sights. - This building is located near some of the best restaurants in JBR, among which are: Marina Social, Asia Asia, Zafran Indian Bistro, Cheesecake Factory, Pier 7, and the London Social Brunch. - Supermarkets in the area include: AlMaya Supermarket, Waitrose, W Mart Supermarket. - The tower is also well surrounded with major landmarks in the city, of which we name The Walk JBR, Marina Walk, Marina Beach, and Skydive Dubai. TRANSPORTATION - Someone who prefers to travel via public transportation near Murjan 1 Jumeirah Beach Residence Dubai can find many options. BUS STOPS NEAR MURJAN 1: Bus 8 and E101 pass through the area. The nearest bus stops are Jumeirah Beach Residence 1, Seaside and Mursa Dubai Beach Residence Station 1. Both are 2 to 4 minutes away. Residents can also book a cab for a comfortable ride. METRO STATIONS NEAR MURJAN 1: There are two Dubai Metro stations near Murjan 1 – Sobha Realty and DMCCMetro Station. Sobha Realty is a 12-minute drive away from Murjan 1, while DMCC Metro Station is only 7 minutes away. TRAM STATIONS NEAR MURJAN 1: The nearest tram station is Dubai Marina Mall Tram Station within a 3-minute drive.
