This Villa is a hidden gem with luxurious furnishings, modern finishes, and a large private garden & pool. Our beautiful villa incorporates an additional ground floor 4th bedroom with ensuite wet room (easy access, wheelchair friendly). The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and is set on a large 7,500 sqft plot. The open plan living area has wide screen smart TV (satellite channels, YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime), a work desk area, and a luxurious L-shaped sofa that seats 6 in comfort. There is high speed WiFi throughout the Villa with average speeds of 250mbps, perfect for remote working. Kitchen The spacious kitchen has plenty of counter space and is fully equipped (espresso machine, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, microwave, and oven & hob) & has a breakfast bar area that seats three. The kitchen leads onto the formal 6 seater dining table. The Garden & Outside Spaces The Garden comes complete with 2 separate outdoor shaded pergola’d seating areas. One with a table and chairs, the other with a seated firepit BBQ, overlooking the pool. Next to the pool there are sun loungers and a hanging seat, perfect for relaxation. The master bedroom also features a private balcony with a seating area overlooking the garden. There is an extra large balcony with covered pergola, table and chairs that overlooks the front of the Villa, with views of the JLT & the Marina skyline. Laundry room The separate laundry room (with washing machine) is situated off the kitchen and has a private entrance from the garage. There is lots of storage as well as a folding maids bed. Bedrooms Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms which comfortably sleep 5. Comprising one master king sized bedroom, one double bedroom & one single bedroom. The 4th bedroom is situated on the ground floor. All bedrooms are fitted with Key Views signature linen. Both ensuites come will Key Views hotel grade fluffy towels and luxury amenities.

Our villa is perfectly positioned just 15 minutes from JBR Beach & Blue Waters Island, and 15 minutes from Mall of the Emirates & The Palm Jumeirah.
