Direct access to Dubai Mall and Souk Al Bahar underneath the penthouse. The location cannot get any better. Parking We can offer one free reserved parking for your stay. Please note we will require security deposit of 350aed for parking card that can be refunded at check out when parking card is returned Security deposit Refundable security deposit of 2,000aed will be collected at the time of check in. If penthouse is returned in the same condition at the time of check out as was given to you at check in, 2,000aed Security deposit will be returned. Please note parties, smoking, leaving penthouse is a dirty mess, not returning keys or access cards, breakages will result in forfeiting the 2,000aed Security deposit. Security deposit will need to be paid by cash at check in and returned by cash at check out. As part of check in process, Here are the documents required for check in: - Passport copy/Government ID of all guests Check in time: 3PM Check out time: 11AM Check ins in between 8pm to 9am will cost 100aed and will be considered as a late check in. Please note: We are not a hotel, we are a private luxury apartment. ***As part of being a green building, all apartments air conditioning in Tower only cool down to a minimum of 22 degrees in Summer(April - September)*** Please note: Cleaning is only offered once a week (7 nights). If you have booked for more than 7 nights, we will be offering cleaning once a week. If you have booked for less than 7 nights, there will be no free cleaning offered. If you require cleaning during your stay, it will cost 75aed.
