Fully upgraded inside, with top-notch furniture and decor. •  The living room is spacious and boasts beautiful interior and décor. It includes a large grey sofa with red and navy blue cushions, a matching navy blue armchair, nested over a three-colored carpet. There’s also a smart TV, a coffee table, as well as plants, paintings, and decorations. •  The open space living room also includes a unique dining area, with a large wooden table and six chairs. •  The living room is well-lit, thanks to large glass doors giving access to a private balcony furnished with a table and two chairs. •  The apartment also has a working space, with a desk and colorful chair, a sofa bed and coffee table. •  The place gives a cheerful ambiance, as the furniture and decorations were carefully chosen to match this vibe. •  Fully equipped, upgraded open kitchen with modern appliances like refrigerator, hot water kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, stove, as well as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses and trash cans. •  The kitchen also has a serving hatch to the dining room. •  The apartment is equipped with safety equipment like fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector, and first aid kit. •  The apartment has an iron with an iron board, a washing machine, and a drying rack. •  The bedroom features a pink king-size bed dressed with fresh white linens and colorful bed covers, night table with lamp, wardrobe with hangers, a chest of drawers, as well as a chair and a mirror. •  The apartment offers superior quality linens. •  There are a total of two bathrooms at the apartment.

Downtown Dubai is home to the towering Burj Khalifa skyscraper, with its observation deck, and the dancing Dubai Fountain, where crowds gather to watch music and light shows, as well as Dubai Mall and Dubai Opera. - Popular restaurants around the complex include: La Serre, La Postreria, Bice Mare, Ananta. - Supermarkets in the area include: Waitrose, Spinneys, Carrefour, and Zoom. - The tower is also well surrounded with major landmarks in the city, of which we name Dubai Opera, Burj Khalifa, and the Dubai Mall. TRANSPORTATION - Finding public transportation near Zanzebeel 3, Old Town, Dubai is easy. Residents can travel via taxis, buses and metro whereas those with private vehicles can use Sheikh Zayed Road. BUS STOPS NEAR THE ZANZABEEL 3: Residents can get to metro stations via feeder bus F13. The nearest bus stop is The Palace Downtown on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard. METRO STATIONS NEAR ZANZABEEL 3: The closest option is Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station. It is located at about an 8-minute drive from the building and is served by the Red Line of Dubai Metro.
