    「We were met at the apartment at 5 am, the apartment is clean and very bright, with fresh flowers and not far from the center. There are places to walk nearby and there are supermarkets and small grocery stores nearby.」

Bright and comfortable apartment on the 2nd floor of a stone building. Isolated bedrooms, allowing you to relax without the hustle and bustle of the city, enjoying the magnificent view of Ararat from the window. Supermarkets, pharmacies, currency exchange, vegetable and fruit shops, many clothing and footwear shops are located directly next to the house. Within a few minutes walk from the house there are metro stations "Barekamutyun" and "Marshal Baghramyan", from where you can go to all districts of the Yerevan. One of the main attractions of the capital - the Opera House and the Cascade - can be reached in 15-20 minutes on foot. This cozy 3-room apartment is always offered to guests in a clean condition, with fresh linens, bath towels and disposable slippers, as well as utensils, including an electric kettle.
