Hello! my name is Patricia. I am from Tandil. I invite you to enjoy this pleasant apartment located in the heart of the city. I love receiving guests from all over Argentina and other countries. I am available to talk if you have any questions or concerns (since all our tenants have my cell phone number for any emergency) and if you need information about the city (since I have tourist brochures for our guests), transportation to tourist spots and to other city attractions. As soon as your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to clear all your doubts and request an advance payment (down payment) of 40% to confirm your stay, this is done through a bank transfer (Banco Santander Rio) or digital ( Payment Market Account). Without further ado, we hope you feel at home, everyone is welcome.
The apartment consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is the living area, the kitchen and the main bathroom. It has a 32'' TV (with DirecTV service), gas stove with electric extractor, hot water tank, microwave, conventional and electric kettle, toaster, utensils equipped for 4 -four- people (forks, knives, spoons, glasses and glasses), kitchen and cleaning items. The property has a disinfection service as a protocol, it has gel alcohol for its residents. In addition to a heater located under the window and portable fan under the main stairs. The bathroom does not have a bidet, it has a large shower, toilet and sink with a mirror located above it. It has ventilation through an upper window. We offer "dry breakfast" to our guests (tea, coffee, sugar and yerba) as well as laundry service (towels and sheets) at the choice of each tenant. On the upper floor, there are the beds, a bunk bed for 2 people and a double bed. In addition to a 32'' TV in the bedroom. Hot/Cold Air Conditioning, two windows (front and back) both with black out roller blinds, mirror and hangers.
The neighborhood is a central and safe area, which has access to most shops. In the same block of the accommodation there is a pizzeria, a grill, a bar, a kiosk and a store, as well as a bus stop with several lines that leave you very close to the main tourist points of this beautiful city. Also in the vicinity you can find the Municipal Palace, the Santísimo Sacremento Parish, the Chacabuco Clinic, the Plaza Independencia which is the main square of the city, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Theater of Fort Independence, several pharmacies, supermarkets , clothing stores, regional products, bakeries, bars and restaurants in the center, everything that allows you to enjoy this beautiful city one hundred percent, in order to feel comfortable in our accommodation.
