This beautiful detached chalet for a maximum of 8 people is located on the edge of the beautiful town of Sankt Margarethen im Lungau in Salzburgerland, the valley town of the top ski region Katschberg The chalet has a large living room, a fully equipped open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living room has an open fireplace for cozy winter evenings. There is even a washing machine and dryer. There is a sauna in one of the bathrooms, and there is a wonderful hot tub outside on the terrace. You can park directly at the chalet. There is a terrace outside that borders the valley run of the Aineck-Katschberg ski and hiking area. The center of St. Margarethen is only two minutes away on foot. In Sankt Margarethen im Lungau, the Skischaukel Katschberg-Aineck ski area is particularly available. This ski area offers 70 kilometers of slopes and 16 lifts. Skiers and snowboarders can look forward to 3 additional ski areas in Salzburg's Lungau: the Grosseck-Speiereck, Fanningberg and Obertauern ski areas with a total of over 200 kilometers of slopes. Nestled between the local mountain Aineck and the Grainwald, St. Margarethen im Lungau is an ideal starting point for numerous activities in Salzburg's Lungau in summer. There are around 60 mountain lakes in Salzburg's Lungau, such as the Prebersee or the Schlierersee, the Lungau/Katschberg golf club is in the immediate vicinity of the town center and for swimming fun you can enjoy the St. Margarethen bathing pond, the St. Michael outdoor pool or the bathing island available in Tamsweg. There are plenty of shops for your daily needs right in town as well as a good selection of restaurants. You can reach the state capital Salzburg in about 1.5 hours by car.
