This is a new very cosy apartment of 52 sq. m. It consists of a living room with extendable sofa bed and open kitchen, bedroom with a king-sized bed, separate bathroom and toilet. It has a big 110 sq. m. private garden with outside sitting place. Very sunny and bright with sun bed, outdoor sitting and dinning . Modern and well equipped kitchen. Fully air conditioned.
I am entrepreneur and Yoga teacher with two teenage kids. I like travelling, meeting people and sharing cultural views. Vegetarian. I love travelling, yoga, walking, cycling, food and wine. I have lived in India, UK, Turkey, Thailand and Austria. My favourite places are Cuba, Sri Lanka, Spain, Italy and most of the places I have been. My life Moto is Celebrate this life and live wholeheartedly. I am associated with various charities and founder of peace museum Vienna. I will be usually available if guests need anything. I live very close to this property.
This is a wonderful, up market quite neighborhood where you can go hiking, swimming, do water sports, just walk by the water, enjoy food and drinks in nearby restaurants on the water front. It is also very close to the metro station 3 minutes walk which takes you to the city center in less then 10 minutes. Walking distance to United Nations and vienna international center. You can walk in the neighborhood, it has lots of nature around and very enjoyable. It is also very close to the Vienna International Centre (United Nations) and Austria Center, 5 minutes walk.
