This is a lovely small flat located just a few minutes walk from the centre of kaprun, it's a studio apartment which means that the kitchenette, bed, seating & dining area are all loacted in the same room. **The apartment is ONLY suitable for 2 ADULTS and 1 CHILD **. There is a sofa bed that is 185cm long. The flat is decorated in a funky retro style with my own photos. I have provided everything I think you need for an enjoyable stay. The main room is 5.09m long x 3.91m wide with a seperate hallway and bathroom. We also have a lovely balcony with soft seating and small eating area. **WE DO NOT OFFER THE SUMMERCARD**. There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement which are operated by 50 cent coins. Pets are allowed but there is a 50 additional cleaning charge for pet hair - you can clean the flat well yourself to avoid this chage. We also request that you bring a blanket to cover the sofa.
My name is Nikki I used to work in Zell am See when I was 20 as a rep for Crystal Holidays for 5 years. I went home to set up a wedding business which was very sucessful until the outbreak of corona. I have now purchased this new flat to earn myself a living instead. To this end, your review is very important to me as this is now my sole income, so if anything is not to your statisfaction please let me know asap and I will rectifiy it IMMEDIATELY! Please do not ask for different pillows etc afterwards when it cannot be changed, I can deal with most requests within a few hours. I am looking forward to meeting you.
There is a bus stop on the street just outside the apartment complex which takes you to the maiskogel ski area in 1 stop with access to the kitsteinhorn or 3 stops to the kitzsteinhorn lifts. You can walk into town in about 10 mins and to the Maiskogel lift in 15 mins with skis on your shoulder (i'd get the bus). There are lots of restaurants just at the bottom of the road.
