You can warm up by the warm wood-burning stove (plenty of firewood available) while going over your plans for the holiday day. Due to the hut's central location, it is only 3 km to the valley station or mountain station of the Zettersfeldbahn. In a few minutes you can also reach the beautiful town of Lienz, which is always worth a visit. In summer, you can start wonderful hikes through the distinctive nature directly from the hut
