The apartment consists of 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, garden and parking. It lies on the outskirts of Klagenfurt, 7 km to the city center and 4.5 km to the Wörthersee. From here you can start in all directions beautiful activities or hiking in the nearby area. The apartment offers three sleeping-living room with insect roller blind, bath / toilet with insect roller blind, small intermediate floor. A kitchen with dining area and entrance in one. The TV can optionally be placed in the kitchen or in the room. It is a private parking, garaging for motorcycles, beach chairs, ping-pong table available. In the garden there is a seating area and a fire bowl for barbecues. There is no great view from the apartment, but there are beautiful romantic paths with views in the area.
Welcome! We live in a house where we offer a 60sqm apartment with private entrance and parking. We are happy to show you the beautiful Carinthia and the surrounding area. Or just offer you a conveniently located accommodation. We like to do motorcycle tours and hikes.
There are recreational activities right outside the door: golf course, archery, riding stables, hiking trails, swimming in the many beautiful lakes, skiing, ice skating, cycling, motorcycle tours. 10 minutes by car to the city, 5 minutes to Wörthersee, 5 minutes to the purchase. The city bus is 10 minutes walk and 25 minutes drive to the city. Chauffeur service can be offered by appointment. With the bike on the bike path it is 15 minutes to shopping and 25 minutes to the city. If you do not want to cook, you can eat well in the restaurants in the area.
