You will enjoy staying in an amazing and central Viennese location. The most convenient public transportation stop is the tram (station Laurenzgasse). It’s a walk of approximately four minutes and you’ll have access to the tram lines 2 and 62. The tram will take you within six minutes to Karlsplatz, which is the beginning of 1st district, our old historic city center. From there you can access the tube U1. The State Opera, our famous shopping street Kärntner Straße and the TU Wien (University of Technology) is also located there. The closest tube station would be the U4 Pilgramgasse. It’s a 9 minute walk from the apartment. Around the corner of the apartment you’ll also find two very convenient bus lines: 12A and 14A. If you don’t feel like walking to the tube station, you could take the bus to get to U4 Pilgramgasse. The 14A bus is amazing to get you to Mariahilfer Straße - Vienna’s biggest shopping street full of restaurants, shops, etc. - It’s only a 9 minute bus ride. In the building next door you'll find a big supermarket with a great selection of groceries, but also household and beauty products.
