Just a short stroll across the road and you are on the beach! Excellent walking and cycling paths, along with a boat ramp are also close at hand. The unit is tastefully furnished throughout and portrays a coastal theme. There is an open plan tiled, living/ dining area which provides a flat screen TV, a DVD player and a comfortable, corner leather lounge. The fully equipped kitchen includes full cooking facilities, fridge/ freezer and a dishwasher.  The main bedroom has a double bed and views of the bay from the window. The second bedroom has two sets of bunks which accommodate 4.   The bathroom has been renovated and provides a shower, vanity and toilet. There is an external laundry which is shared between the complex guests, complete with two top loader washing machines, laundry tubs and clotheslines are available behind the laundry. Ceiling fans are located in the living area, and also in both bed rooms. The unit provides two car spaces (tandem) which are suitable for two cars or a car and a small trailer with boat/jet ski.  Shoal Bay offers plenty of activities such as SUP (Stand Up Paddle Boarding), surfing, fishing and fantastic walking trails such as the popular Tomare

Property Notes: Pets are not welcome at this property. This property does not have Wi-fi. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation 40 days before arrival.

Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. So many activities to do - Diving, fishing, Dolphin and Whale watching, Camel & Horse riding on the beach, boat hire, 4WD and quadbike sand dune rides, Golf, Health & Wellbeing and shopping are to just name a few.
