Modern two storey house that is tastefully furnished throughout with ducted air conditioning, fully equipped stunning kitchen with gas cooking, coffee machine and dishwasher, two living areas with WIFI, internal laundry with washer and dryer, six seater spa in the courtyard and an outdoor undercover entertainment area with gas BBQ and the bonus of being pet friendly (downstairs only). Upstairs you will find the huge main bedroom with beautiful ensuite, three extra large bedrooms, stunning main bathroom with spa bath, quiet sitting area which is perfect to sit back and read a book and a cosy balcony to allow the fresh breeze to flow through. The property is located a short walk from the shops, cafes and Dutchies beach, this is a lovely holiday house with every inclusion you can think of. Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no parties allowed at the property.
