Welcome to our charming 1920s cottage nestled in the heart of Ballarat Central. This newly renovated gem combines vintage charm with modern comforts for an unforgettable stay. With its prime location just 1.5 kilometers from the iconic Sovereign Hill and 1.3 kilometers from Ballarat Train Station, you'll have easy access to all the attractions this historic city has to offer. There is a small park available at the front of the property. The on street parking is free from 5:30pm til 9am and 3 hour limit during work hours. You can park right around the corner, about 200 meters for free too.

Located on Humffray St South you are in the heart of Ballarat and you could just walk to everything that is centrally located. Having your own transport is the best way to truly explore Ballarat.
