This tastefully decorated beach house is in fantastic condition, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and is fully equipped with a modern kitchen and spacious lounge and dining room. This property has two car spaces, pool, ceiling fans throughout and air-conditioning in the lounge room. There is even enough room to park your boat! All you have to do is walk in, relax and start enjoying the lifestyle. On your doorstep are remarkable walkways that follow the coastline, and it's only a very short stroll to the patrolled Kings Beach, shops and restaurants. Linen is included for all bookings, beds are not made to the linen hire company used. Each property has a refundable bond which will be charged when your balance is due.
