If you want a waterfront holiday then this is the property for you. Situated directly on the water at Corlette, this delightful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is what holiday memories are made of. This property is perfect for stunning sunsets, spotting dolphins, and capturing beautiful family moments on the sand. The Apartment: This property takes up the entire top floor of the building, offering beautiful waterfront views. The fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities and a large dining table for 8 makes it ideal for family meals. The balcony with a Weber BBQ is perfect for outdoor dining. The living room is well-equipped with entertainment options like a flat-screen Smart TV so you can access all your favourite streaming apps plus a Foxtel box. In the kitchen there is a wall mounted TV with access to free to air channels. Additionally, there's a collection of books for guests' entertainment. The property is designed for comfort with air conditioning in the living room and in the kitchen/dining area. There are ceiling fans in two of the bedrooms, and Dyson fans in the other two bedrooms for climate control. The layout comprises two originally separate units, with Unit 3 housing two bedrooms—a king bed and a set of single beds. Unit 4 has a queen bedroom and a double bedroom.
