Unit 69 is located on the second floor and boasts beautiful floating timber floorboards throughout the open plan, air conditioned living and dining area, this area flows onto the balcony with alfresco dining, BBQ facilities and views over the beautiful grounds of the estate. The unit provides a TV, DVD player, CD player and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and full cooking facilities. Three decent size bedrooms with two having ceiling fans and the main having an ensuite.   The main bathroom is a 3 way which provides a separate shower and bath area, toilet and vanity area - making this very versatile and easy living. The unit provides a top loader washing machine and dryer in the internal laundry and parking for one car in the undercover secure carpark and one off street single car space. Bay Parklands is a family friendly complex with a solar heated pool, spa, tennis court and established gardens and grass areas for the children to play. An easy one minute walk across the road to the child friendly beach with a great playground area, picnic and free BBQ facilities, boat ramp, cafe, restaurant, bar and the popular fish and chips takeaway shop - Bay P
