This gorgeous cottage carries the history of yesteryear but with recent renovations and contemporary furnishings guests will feel so at home, it will be a struggle to leave. It is an ideal for families with young children; with a SMALL living area and only ONE bathroom, is not suitable for 8 - 10 adults (bunks are only suitable for children) but it's lovely for a family to share and enjoy each other's company. It offers R/C aircon in all bedrooms and the living area. The three bedrooms are configured as 2 x double beds in bedroom 1, 2 sets of singles bunks (children only) in bedroom 2, and 1 x queen bed in the main bedroom, sleeping a total of 6 adults, or if including children, 10 guests in total. The only bathroom is 2-way access from the main bedroom and hall. A separate powder room has just a toilet. The cosy open plan living, kitchen and dining are beautifully furnished with a relaxed Hampton look and boasts loads of natural light. The back sunny west facing deck overlooks the bridge to Swan Island – perfect for long drawn out brunches or summer BBQ’s! The kitchen has all modern conveniences including a coffee machine - a Nescafe Dolce Gusto pod machine, BYO pods!
