Make your way into the dining area with a four-person dining table, perfect for enjoying a home cooked meal or your morning coffee. The bedroom is complete with a plush queen bed made with hotel quality linen, professionally cleaned after each stay, large window, a wardrobe and drawers so you can unpack and store your personal belongings, and a laptop friendly workspace for those taking meetings and sending emails from home. The stylish bathroom offers a comfortable place to freshen up with a bathtub and shower, rainfall shower head and a window that lets in plenty of natural light. Other amenities include air-conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, lift and a communal pool surrounded by lush greenery. Free street parking is available nearby. We offer a convenient sofa bed for additional guests beyond two. Should you require the sofa bed during your stay, we're happy to arrange its setup for an extra fee of 50AUD. If your booking is for more than two guests, the cost for the sofa bed setup will be already included in the total rate.

Surrounded by Elizabeth Bay and Woolloomoolo, you’ll be within walking distance to the Royal Botanic Garden and minutes by car from the city's most iconic attractions, Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Kings Cross train station is just an eight minute walk and the 311 bus to the CBD is right at your doorstep.
