Marriott has everywhere high standards (which you pay for). This property in particular has also the position factor, very close to Circular Quay (and its station and wharf) and also to the key sights in Sydney (botanic gardens, opera house, harbor bridge, The Rocks, ...) . From the hotel you can walk everywhere.

This is an exceptional hotel where the emphasis is on caring for their guests. Every contact we had with the team working at the hotel was outstanding. The room was exceptionally comfortable, clean to a T, and so well equipped. The location is exellent only a short walk to the harbour and the opera house. One of our suitcases had been lost en route from Bordeaux and when it was traced the hotel staff tracked it at Sydney and ensured a timely delivery. Fantastic care and attention. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer. Do not hesitate to stay here you will love it.

The handling of our early arrival, the luggage stored, our car parked and access given to the Spa. The staff were exceptional. Breakfast was excellent.

The bed was so comfortable and the location was great. Shops on the doorstep and the magnificent harbour only minutes away. Also really appreciated the room being ready earlier as it had been a very long trip from the UK.

Exceptional & friendly service by ALL staff members. Extremely clean rooms & facilities. Loved the decor and cool factor being above the hotel bar. The noise didn’t bother us as we simply wore ear plugs to sleep (which I always wear anyway). Great location the Rocks. Just a short walk to Circular Quay & to the Sydney Harbour Bridge. We loved the whole vibe around & in the hotel. We will 100% rebook for our next trip. Cheers

The bathrooms are surprisingly clean and roomy!

I loved the views and the decor and the relaxed feel of the place. The whole building has such charm. The location is excellent. I wish I'd had time to have cocktails in the stunning panoramic rooftop bar.

Cleanliness, nice and helpful staff, convenient location

The room was clean, bathroom was new. Quiet location. 5 minutes to the train station, in another 5 minutes you are in the city. Restaurants nearby. Perfect.

My wife and I stayed at The Russell Boutique during our honeymoon and had a lovely experience. The staff went out of their way to make our stay feel special, including a nice gesture of two complimentary drinks and a handwritten postcard (for our honeymoon). The food exceeded our expectation. We also really appreciated the 11:00 check-out time, which made the departure more relaxed. The bar below the hotel is a great spot to spend some time at, and the location is excellent - the city centre is very close and easy to reach on foot.

Super charmantes Hotel in Toplage!

We stayed at the Rendezvous for 4 nights, had a studio apartment on the 4th floor, room 412. Having kitchen facilities made the stay great. We had a balcony with a view of the Bridge and the Opera House. Cruise liners berthed out side our window, almost, had great views of the Cunard Queen Mary 2. Great location for exploring the Rocks and Circle Quay area, trams stopping very close to. Every evening the large flying foxes (fruit bats) can be seen flying around and roosting in the trees out side of the hotel, a great sight. A must for a drink and a meal is the oldest pub in Sydney, the Fortune of War, and the Orient Pub both very close by. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend the Rendezvous thank you all 👍

What a beautiful hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable. And how lovely are all of the staff. I was there for two weeks for work, but brought my son. They took amazing care of us. Can't recommend more. The location is perfect. You can hop on the tram and one of the nicest coffee places (Marlow's Way) is right next door.
