An internal laundry replete with a washing machine and dryer add to your daily convenience. Undercover secure parking is available for one car. The apartment complex also includes shared BBQ facilities and a kids’ playground.

The seaside town of Southport is one of the Gold Coast’s oldest and most fashionable holiday destinations. Swim at Main Beach, get your thrills at Sea World or shop at Australia Fair Shopping Centre. The picturesque Broadwater Parklands offers seaside tracks, picnic area, a water park and aquatic centre. Southport offers excellent dining at Mr P.P.’s Rooftop & Deli, JFX Noodle and Tapas and Café Catalina. From Southport, it’s just 10 minutes’ drive to Cavill Avenue at Surfers Paradise, with its endless entertainment, shopping, dining and nightlife.
