The hotel is in an excellent location. The service is outstanding, the rooms are clean and neat, and the staff are very friendly and professional. What surprised me is that they even brew their own beer, and it’s fantastic—truly beyond my expectations in the best way.

We were able to make our own breakfast in room with toaster and microwave. We had a barbecue by the pool on Christmas Day which was lovely. The shower had great water pressure ,bed was comfortable also supplied fresh milk. The motel was walking distance to shops and bowling club which we ate at twice as had good selection of food.

Yamba is great for everyone.
Yamba is great for everyone. Very flat around town which makes it easy to walk around. Surf was great for the surfers. Beaches were a lot of fun to explore and the green and blue pools would be great for young kids and families. Lots of little cafes and places to eat and some great little gift shops, although a few more would be good! It is a lovely and pretty place. A quick trip into MacClean for the day is a great idea too. We go to Yamba once a year as we have a family member there and I am impressed every time. Although the drive there is long, however with the new highway it’s 7hrs from Sydney instead of 9.

Great beaches. Lovely shopping .
Had dinner at a wonderful restaurant
Be aware though that the area is very hilly.
We drove where we could have walked the distance purely because of the gradients involved

Yamba is also a good place to visit if you are travelling with dogs as it is reasonably dog friendly, including off-leash beach areas and dog friendly cafes, pubs and restaurants including the great staff at the Sandbar.

Yamba is a quiet coastal town.
Yamba is a quiet coastal town. There is not a lot to do, apart from beach activities, but there are many beaches to choose from. Good surfing & fishing. There are nice bush walks near Angourie. Plenty of eating choices, from fancy restaurants to fish & chips.

Sleepy town out of season, but believe it is packed in holiday periods. Nice range of shops, people are very nice to chat to, plenty of places to dine. The 'Bowlo' good value for money, local pub great outlook and good food, Golf Club a little on the pricier side. There are some pleasant hinterland trips through beautiful rolling hills. We also took the ferry ride up the Clarence River, the commentary was excellent, and a very pleasant few hours spent.

This little boutique hotel is probably one of my favourite stays I've ever had. My sister and I both stayed here and we kept remarking about the small touches that made it so wonderful. From the lounge area with tea, coffee and biscuits always on hand, to thoughtful beach towels and bags to use, to the complimentary daily snacks in room - it was a truly luxurious experience. And the location is amazing!
There is a lot to like - fantastic location overlooking the sea; really friendly staff; property has been renovated and feels freshly painted and really well maintained. It is adjacent to a great pub and some good restaurants, and a short walk from the beach and Yamba village
Amazing apartment, beautiful view. Great location, walking distance to everything Yamba has to offer. Staff were lovely and so accomodating. Will definitely be coming back!
