Lockbox wouldn't open, but was helped immediately over the phone with no problems. All sorted very quickly and efficiently. Overall the property was excellent, can't fault the location and it was really quiet with amazing harbour views. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, we had great relaxing sleep. The apartment is very well equipped. I would recommend it.
