Main bathroom with a shower over bath, toilet and vanity, the second shower and toilet are in the laundry area, the laundry also has a washing machine and dryer. There is an enclosed screen room that has been transformed into the large dining area, there is also a backup full size family fridge in this area as well. The living area has a split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, SMART TV + DVD and the bonus of having WIFI.Fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, complete cooking facilities, there is also an under-cover area that can be used as a carport or outdoor dining with gas BBQ facilities.
