ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 6 adults maximum. There is a sofa lounge that can be used upon application to accommodate 2 children, total maximum guest 8. BEDDING CONFIGURATION is 3 x Queen and a sofa bed can be added for an extra cost Optional extra costs you can select when booking; Port-a-Cot with towel, linen and baby blanket hire. Sofa Bed - with towel, and linen hire. Beach/pool towels are hire/ per booking. PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only. NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond. NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered. BOND - Dutchies Sand & Sea Beach House has a refundable bond that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date. Dutchies Sand & Sea Beach House is perfectly positioned just metres away from a short public pathway that leads straight down to the famous Dutchies Beach. You'll be on the sand or in the water in just a couple of minutes! This beach is so popular because it has everything families and beach lovers look for. It's a safe calm water bay beach bookended by rocks just waiting for kids to scramble over and explore. It has beautiful golden sands and large shaded grassy areas with public BBQs and bathroom amenities, plus there's even swings and childrens play equipment. Another bonus is a bike and pedestrian path from Dutchies that winds its way along the coast, through the bush, and takes you straight into the heart of Nelson Bay and the dAlbora Marina.
