Upon entry you’ll see a formal dining room—with a vintage table for four seated next to a stunning fireplace and an exposed brick feature wall—that floats into a living room and sitting room with a comfortable couch for two, additional seating and a SmartTV. Continue through the downstairs level to find a sun-soaked kitchen with an electric stovetop, oven, full-sized fridge, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. You’ll also find a stunning private courtyard with an outdoor dining set framed by lush green plants and foliage. Walk up the heritage terrace stairs and find a master bedroom with a queen bed, decorative fireplace, and built-in wardrobes; sitting alongside a contemporary bathroom with a spacious shower, toilet and vanity. The second level also features a study that comes furnished with a single bed for a fifth guest. Head up the stairs to the third floor and find a second bedroom with modern, built-in wardrobes and a spectacular, water-facing balcony with outdoor seating for two and stunning views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Additional amenities include heating, a washing machine and Wi-Fi. This property is pet friendly and is steps from the nearest dog park, Bridgewater Park. There is also free street parking directly outside the property or on nearby streets.

Come Sunday afternoon, join the fashionable thirty-somethings at The Riverview Hotel & Birchgrove Restaurant for a happy hour (from 4pm - 6pm) with a backdrop of live music and a side of beer battered fish and chips or prawn linguine.
