Enjoy a Sydney escape in the tree-lined suburb of Kingsford staying in a two-bedroom apartment for four guests that features all you’ll need for your getaway. Open-plan living has a spacious lounge room—featuring two plush couches, a glass coffee table, contemporary artwork and a huge, flat-screen HDTV—that leads out onto a cosy, private balcony facing the street-front and framed by lush trees. Next to the lounge room you’ll find the dining area and newly-renovated, contemporary kitchen with bar-top seating for two. Whip up a homemade meal making use of the premium appliances including a gas cooktop, microwave, oven and large fridge, and take a seat at the glass dining table for four. Come evening, unwind in one of two bedrooms. The first is very bright and features a queen bed in a solid timber bed frame, built-in wardrobes, an additional arm chair and direct access to outside; while the second bedroom also has a queen bed and plenty of storage space and built-in cupboards. A nearby bathroom conveniently sits separate to a powder room and features brand-new tiled flooring, a spacious rain shower and a large vanity with under-sink storage. Additions include laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer, and high-speed Wi-Fi. PARKING There is free but timed street parking .There is free parking on Willis Street which intersects Meeks Street and Rainbow Street which is on the other side of the block. Please note free parking is limited due to the proximity to the hospital. Additionally, on Rainbow Street there is a corner carpark. It is roughly a 5 minute walk to the apartment.

Bordering Kensington and Randwick, the leafy green suburb of Kingsford places you within close proximity of numerous bars and eateries, as well as popular sites like UNSW and the Royal Randwick Racecourse. A short, six-minute drive will take you to Eastlakes Shopping Centre, one of the city's biggest indoor centres where you’ll find everything you need, from large clothing outlets to cinemas and supermarkets. On a chilly night, join the locals at Randwick’s RaRa Ramen where you can enjoy a steaming bowl of the Japanese noodle soup in a laid-back setting. Or make the most of the sunny Sydney weather and head to the beautiful Coogee Beach—just 7 minutes’ drive away—and enjoy a dip in the sparkling ocean followed by a drink at the trendy Coogee Pavilion.
