This open-plan stay offers elevated city living in the heart of Melbourne's west. You can also make use of the shared courtyard and barbeque facilities. On the private balcony, you’ll find a cosy outdoor setting to soak up the sunrise with a cuppa or relax with an afternoon glass of wine as the sun goes down. After a day of work or sightseeing, settle in on the sofa with your favourite TV series or a good book, making use of the split system air conditioning and heating. For those working remotely, a dedicated office offers space to set up your laptop for Zoom calls. Two light and airy bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed. The spacious primary bedroom offers split-system heating and cooling and an attached ensuite, while the main bathroom caters to the second bedroom with a rain shower, mirrored cabinetry and complimentary toiletries. An in-unit washing machine and dryer are also available. Added conveniences include WiFi, plus a coveted parking spot that allows you to come and go with ease.

Marvel Stadium is conveniently a 15-minute walk if you’re visiting town for a major sporting or entertainment event, while the renowned Queen Victoria Market is within the same distance should you fancy some fresh gourmet produce or simply soak up the buzzing atmosphere. Grab a coffee along Spencer Street and reach the tranquil greenery of Flagstaff Gardens in under 10 minutes to retreat from the bustle, while all the waterfront dining, shopping and attractions of Docklands are a 20-minute walk.
