Located just out of Healesville in the heart of the Yarra Valley and just over one hour from Melbourne, Gracedale Hills is a unique getaway. This lovely 4 bedroom home with magnificent views to Mt St Leonard on one side of the property and views to The Dandenongs on the other side. Gracedale Hills is close to many attractions in the Yarra Valley and perfect for a family or friends looking to escape for a holiday. Accommodation features queen size beds in 3 bedrooms and single bed with trundle in the 4th bedroom, Sitting room with tv, books and games, Open plan large dining/lounge area with tv, dvd player, wood heater, split system air conditioning and a billiard table. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, hydronic heating throughout house, gas BBQ. Linen, towels and toiletries provided Please note that the homestead is within a working vineyard and there may be some noise during the months of February to March. Attractions close by: Healesville Sanctuary Yarra Valley Railway Maroondah Dam Yarra Valley Chocolaterie Lake Mountain Alpine Resort
