Please note that there is a non-refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance/security form before checking in. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox are a call-out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking. We don't accept cancellations on the above, but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on throughout Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood, however if there is work being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Please note that the lift replacement project will be commencing on Monday 20th May, both lifts will be out of service for the initial 2–3 weeks. After that, they will be working on one lift at a time for 24 weeks.
