Location and the hotel is still generally well maintained from its chain hotel days. Restaurant and bar facility good. All the staff interactions were good.

The hotel kind of exceeded my expectation as it was quite central. It was clean outside, plenty of parking even though we arrived on the first weekend of school holiday. It was clean in our room. We had a great time in Kalgoorlie and the hotel really made our holiday even better. Kids are even asking when do we go back to Plaza Hotel.. :-D

The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in including my own. Didn’t want to get up! The hotel was well located just a short walk or drive to where we wanted to visit. Staff were very pleasant, welcoming and helpful.
